The food was good, but the service was terrible. Cassie at the Harrison, AR place yelled at 3 people in front of me, then proceeded to tell me that the bbq sauce that I ordered and was missing because she forgot to give it to me was going to cost me 30 each. I will never go back to that McDonald's so long as she works there.
Just go next door to Burger King! Every single table was dirty, trash cans running over, and the floors were just as bad. Had to ask for napkins at the counter to clean a table for us. We stayed an hour so kids could play. Not one table was cleaned in that time.Kid-friendliness: Fantastic play area (indoor) for the kids!
Very very rude! Literally just ignored us in the drive thru! Went in to find food, Noone wanted to help! Very rude. Finally got our food and for once in a long food was good but don't make up for the behaviors of them! No they had Noone in the place!
I ordered my food in drive thru. Paid. Then was told to park in spot 3. Waited for 15 mins. Went inside to check on my food. Manager acted like it was no big deal. I got no apology. And to top it off I didnt get my apple pie. Horrible experience!!! Book a table now
They deserve 0 stars! Refused to take an order at the counter inside the store, stated I had to use the electronic order board or go drive through. I chose to take my money elsewhere. I’ll NEVER visit this store again.
