The service at this restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I waited nearly thirty minutes for my food, only to have to go to the front counter where they didn't even know what I had ordered. Despite explicitly stating that I wanted two cheeseburgers, they failed to realize that I had ordered a meal and not just the burgers. Feeling frustrated, I decided to just take the burgers and leave. This is not the first time I have received poor service at this establishment. I strongly advise avoiding this place altogether. Additionally, I have requested no onions or pickles in the past, but they have consistently disregarded my preferences.
Very poor service, food orders always wrong, workers always on the phone very rude, they mess up your order but get an attitude when you want your order remade correctly fries always cold!! Drive thru takes 15-20 mins to get thru going inside the store is not any better this McDonald's is very ratchet and disgusting! The service is all the way around the board horrible!!!!!
The service at the restaurant was mediocre. Instead of an egg muffin, they served me a sausage bite because they were out of steak. The service was slow and I noticed many people waiting for incorrect orders. The staff at the door were also waiting a long time to eat.
Staff is friendly, food is hot, but it’s usually very busy sometimes there’s a wait but not too long, the workers keep everything moving quickly with as least problems as possible.Parking: Ample parking spots makes it a lot easier to eat at this McDonald’s

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. The waitress was incredibly helpful, friendly, and engaging. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and I regret ordering it. Nonetheless, the waitress was a wonderful person.
Dawn is so friendly to her customers and takes care of the service she offers. I wonder if she is in a leadership position there because we need more people to follow their leadership! Thanks Dawn!

ATP needs to shut down or seriously retrain 8/10 employees at this location. The service is unprofessional and lacking in many areas. It's just sad.
