2am pickup experience on a weeknight: You roll up and the place is full of people just standing around waiting for their orders. You order via the kiosk and they are out of paper so they can't print you a receipt for your order. You wait around for 25minutes thinking they forgot your order. The order board has literally dozens of numbers on it yet no one seems to be gettingtheir order. After a grand total of 30 minutes of standing you finally get your order. The fries are kind of cold despite themjust coming out of the fryer. At least no one started a fight and none of the beggars on myrtle didn't come in and start ascene.
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful! The manager was seen picking his nose and then touching my cookies with his bare hands. His breath also reeked of alcohol. The cashier claimed she couldn't speak English and had no idea what her manager's name was. I highly recommend not eating here, as it is extremely unsanitary.

I mean It's a McDonald's, right? So, food is good. Fries are awesome. It doesn't take that long, even though it's always full-ish. When we order online on Uber Eats, they always get something wrong. Always. That's why they lost a little star.Usually it's a wrong flavor of pie or no sauce for the McNuggets.
The food I received was cold, and the fries were half-empty. I initially thought maybe some had fallen out, but that wasn't the case. The burger was also cold, overcooked, and dry, yet somehow still had a pink center – I could almost hear it moo. The attitude of the staff was quite unpleasant as well.
I ordered cookies and a soda and waited for my order. They seemed to wait for me to approach the counter and request that they prepare it. There was no soda machine; instead, they poured a single can of soda into a cup and added ice. Additionally, my food was served cold.
