A disappointing start to the day. I usually don’t judge service jobs, as they can be tough with many difficult customers. However, on the morning of 09/16/20, I encountered two of the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. There was no acknowledgment of customers—just a grin and a gesture to move to the next window. If it’s such a struggle to show basic courtesy, maybe reconsider this job. Many people are seeking honest work right now, and employees should not respond with such disrespect. Morning staff, please change your attitude. Show kindness and appreciation, or consider finding a role that better suits you if this is too difficult.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald's location. I arrived at 9 pm to place an order, selected my sauce, and proceeded to the next window. When I asked for Honey Mustard sauce at the pickup window, I was told that if you don’t include it in your original order, you have to pay extra. I decided to just take my food and leave, but as I started unloading my order, I noticed they hadn’t even included the sauce I initially requested. This was very frustrating and confusing.
Ask for a simple order? A Big Mac? the sale calls for a 2nd one for $1 but if you don?t specifically ask for it you don?t get it. Nice. Real classy sale McD has going. The other location on Linden Blvd.. guess what? Same problem. Both these locationsalso have in common that neither pick up there phones. I?ll never spend another dollar or minute at these dumps
This McDonald's is our local drive through location. It's a great way to get the kids some quick food if they're hungry and we have a long drive ahead. They are fairly quick and usually friendly. The food is fresh and we have rarely had an issue withanything being incorrect in the order and it's fixed immediately if it occurs.

The experience was excellent! I rarely eat at McDonald's, perhaps only once a year, but this location was outstanding. The staff were respectful, and even though the restaurant was busy, it was very well organized.
I recently tried their fries and was impressed. The staff were very courteous, and the drive-thru was quick and efficient. The food was fresh, making it an excellent McDonald's experience overall.
The service at this McDonald's was awful. I ordered a quarter-pounder that was undercooked, and the restaurant was unclean. Hamburger buns were strewn across the floor. I won’t be coming back.
Drive thru lines move quick and food is normally warm. Staff is friendly and respectful, and make sure if you're ordering nuggets you ask for the sauce (it's never in the bag).

Excellent service. The Manager at this location is wonderful. Very helpful and customer service oriented. Better than most McDonald's locations I've been to.
