This restaurant is one of only two actual McMansions in the country. During our road trip last fall, we made a stop at both locations. The other McMansion, The Gore House in Freeport, ME, was unfortunately closed, as the entire town was shut down due to the Lewiston incident. It was fascinating to see how well the franchise was incorporated into the original structure without making major alterations. My wife and I ordered takeout, opting for sweet tea and fries, which are the only consistently good items on the menu.
I have always wanted to go in and check out this McDonald's for the decor experience, and I finally got the chance. I could see coming back on a nice summer day. It doesn't feel like being in a restaurant, but more like a cozy country cottage. I enjoyed it.Parking: See it grab it.
Went to have a quick McFlurry me and my daughter place is awesome where can you have a Big Mac and sit in a huge Victorian house only in New York try it out it's worth the drive especially for the kids something different
