This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited in GA so far. I very rarely even eat McDonald's, but it was close by, so I stopped to get a double fish filet with no cheese, that's it. After sitting in line for 13 minutes, I was asked to pull to the side. 20 minutes later my sandwich was brought to me and was not correct. Every car was being pulled to the side. Every parking space was filled with people waiting. I went inside and the rude cashier starting arguing with a customer that asked for extra bbq sauce, she then became combative with the next customer complaining about his order not being correct. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches without tartar sauce and with extra cheese. The order was completed quickly, but when I tried the sandwiches, one was full of tartar sauce and the bun was hard and crusty. There was also no extra cheese as requested. I went back to the restaurant to return the sandwiches, but noticed a foul odor inside and the place looked dirty. I asked for a refund, but only received $8 back out of the $10 I paid. Unfortunately, this McDonald's location seems to be worse than others in terms of quality. I would suggest avoiding this place and going to a different restaurant instead.
I ordered the Filet o fish meal, one extra filet o fish with a small fries. The sandwiches had been reheated instead of freshly made. The fries were soggy and extremely salty. My request for extra cheese on filet o fish was mistaken for extra bacon. The sandwiches were messy and tampered with as if they removed the bacon to replace for the extra cheese as requested. The employees were unprofessional and handled my request for a refund as a joke.

I was disappointed when I unwrapped my double cheeseburger and found that the bun was burnt to a crisp and flat as the wrapper. It was so bad that I couldn't even eat it. I was frustrated that they would serve something like that to a paying customer. Despite the burger mishap, my half and half tea was enjoyable. The lady at the window where I paid was very friendly and upbeat. Overall, I was left wanting a hot and fresh cheeseburger.
It’s just a shame what they’ve done to the big Mac sandwich there’s nothing big about it. They shrunk the piece of meat down to less than a sausage patty. There was nothing but bread and sauce and a thin piece of. I don’t even know if that was hamburger. I’ve been eating McDonald’s food for three decades and this is just sad. This generation don’t know what a Big Mac used to look like or taste like, but I do.
This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to.I ordered a McChicken with something that look like lettuce to one side of the sandwich with a piece of tape like cheese.The strawberry pie was so hard I took it back just to show them what they are selling customers.
The experience was terrible. My app wasn't functioning and when I asked for assistance, the customer service was terrible. The place had a strong fish odor and the playground was disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this restaurant.

I had McDonald’s breakfast this morning, my taste bud did the happy dance! I preordered my food through the mobile app. My food was hot, the staff were friendly, smiling and it was nice to see. Keep up the good work McDonald staff! Yall
