the person who gave food was extremely rude and treats me with respect, she closed me and almost in the müll my food, pass on 3rd september at 19:40 clock, her personal made me feel very unpleasant and made me feel very mistreated terrible experience that I never expected from mcdonald’s I would not even have received an apogyse. the only thing I did wrong was the instructions of kiosk I collect a number and put in the table and wait for food, not where was announced the table service ended at 18 o'clock, so I didn't know that I should collect the food
I visited this McDonald's late last night for coffee after enjoying a lovely Southern dinner. While my overall experience was positive, I was taken aback by the manager's abrupt and rude gesture of waving me out as they were closing. It left a negative impression and highlighted the need for better customer service and basic manners. I believe they could really benefit from training on how to handle such situations more politely. Good service should be a natural expectation in this industry.
8 staff behind counter , only one on line was me , no one at register , took 10 minutes to order ice cream cone , guy hands it to me bare handed , no napkin , this is the worst McDonald's ever , all though I'm not a fan of there , garbarge food to begin with , there always a line and drive thru, people will eat anything , sad but that's our society , it's greasy junk food , make better choices ,
ordered from first kiosk and ordered chicken sandwich about 1200ki told me to get p/u at cash register.... Bill should be 3.09. Cashier over charged me 6.09 I will be going to small claims . Kiosk does not spit out receipt.. the screen states to get the food from the counter ... at the counter I could not understand why he would rip me off

Decently fast service and clean interior. However, it feels like a coin toss whether you'll get your order correctly made or not. Too many times I've gotten a plain cheeseburger with ketchup on it, or just straight-up had 10 of my 20 mcnuggets missing. Definitely check the contents of your bag before leaving.
Hash brown was cold, strawberry banana smoothie tasted like a diet smoothie very water tasting like. Also i asked for no egg on my McGriddle and still got egg. It was a lot going on in the store at the moment.. a man threw orange juice on the worker ..but still make sure your customers orders are right.
The manager, Denzel, is friendly and polite, and he resolves any issues efficiently. This restaurant was previously poorly maintained, but under Denzel's leadership, it is now clean and free of issues with drug users and homeless individuals. He truly deserves recognition, praise, and a raise.
that is one of the cleanest, safest mcdonalds that are just in nyc. they always hook the UberEats orders. in comparison to other mcdonalds sites that the toilets have gone in terms of quality, this situation remains consistent. I wish they would be open later on weekdays.

Our famous Mickey D's in Continental, Metropolitan Queens, NYC . Very good service. The upgrades and table arrangements have enabled comfort for everyone.The Manager at time was very enthusiastic and professional.
The staff are horrible. This place is the worst. Manager should be fired. I wouldn't expect much out of Forest Hills.
