First, my bf wanted to order the 20pc. chicken nugget but we were informed that it was not available anymore even though it took up the whole bottom left of the menu screen. We decided on 2 10pc. meals. We were asked our choice of drink and sauce. We get tothe window and get our food. We checked to make sure everything was right and noticed our sauces were missing. I sat at thewindow waiting for someone to notice and when the girl did, she looked very annoyed. I asked for my sauce and she said it?d be27¢ per sauce. for two nights in order I ordered chickenuggets vi mcdonald's app curbside. I had to wait a long time. I didn't get a normal entry to make a question last night. I now wait about 25 30 minutes and nothing. If I try to call the phone number online, I get a fax like a signal. too many other restaurants here offer food for this type of service.
Sat at the order screen for close to 30 minutes finally got sick and tired of waiting pulled to the first window and the girl was on her phone and when she finally looked up she just said oh I'm sorry I didn't hear the dinger. There was about 10 cars behind us how obviously do you ha e to be not to notice all the cars in the line.
The customer service at the drive-thru is very poor. Everyone has a bad, but to display it... when asking a question in order to make sure that the order was right- is ridiculous. And this is bad for the good workers whom are working hard and trying toshow customer service professionalism.

The girl in drive thru and the girl at the counter tried to tell me that I had only paid for one order thru my app even after showing I paid for two and you could clearly see my paid order on the screen.
On my first visit to Mississippi, I was charged $0.25 for BBQ sauce but never received it. This experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing and left a negative impression.
Pleasant,clean,nice staff. We subbed in and they brought the did piecemeal which was odd, but still a pleasant experience. Nice having a dining room and indoor playland open late
Service was rude !!!!! The drive thru there is so rude!!! I only go to get Happy meals for the grandchildren. It's a horrible experience whenever I go!
