The men's restroom was out of soap, which I brought to the attention of the female manager on duty that evening. I expressed my concern about the lack of soap, especially considering that we had just finished eating, and wondered if the staff were using the restroom as well. Unfortunately, she dismissed my concerns about hygiene and simply said they would "take a look," but nothing was done. In the meantime, she continued taking orders and serving food, even though this poses a serious food handling violation. While she may not be concerned about staff hygiene, we certainly are, and that shouldn't be overlooked.

There are subpar fast food restaurants, and then there’s this McDonald's. You might get hot food once in every ten visits. It's essential to check your order before leaving, as you might end up with someone else's meal, or your requests to customize it will likely be overlooked. And don’t worry, you can still spend around forty bucks on just two meals, only to find that filing complaints with their corporate office results in a generic apology and a coupon for a free dessert. Their business model is so ineffective that calling this chain just “poor” wouldn’t even do it justice.
On Christmas Day 2021, the staff at this restaurant were fantastic. Despite being extremely busy, they managed to keep up with the high volume of customers. I made sure to thank them and wish them a Merry Christmas. I am grateful that they were open on such a special day. The employees were all friendly and cheerful to engage with. Overall, everyone did a fantastic job!
The place was busy when I went. Always good service. Food is not cold when served no matter the time of day. One of the few 24hr McDs around the area. I can't complain and have never had a bad experience
I got an ice cream cone, and at $2.29, it just wasn't worth it. I won't be ordering ice cream or a McFlurry again, especially since I wanted more ice cream with my M&M's.
The service at this restaurant is always quick and friendly. The renovated store looks stunning and is a great new addition to the neighborhood.
