Stopped in for a quick dinner to receive cold fries and burger. Took the fries back only for them to reheat them. Wont stop here again. No apologies for the inconvenience. Where is the customer service. Talking about what you are going to do on a date as people are waiting to order.
I am updating my review. The service at this restaurant always feels rushed and I consistently have to wait for my food. They have trouble getting my order correct. It may be worth spending an extra 5 minutes to visit one of their other locations.
I am unable to place an order after 3:00am when working a night shift at this restaurant. They refer to it as a "system reset." Luckily, Tim Hortons across the street does not have this issue.
Recently visited this restaurant and ordered a black Seniors coffee and a BLT muffin without bacon. The service was quick and the food was great.
