I had a negative experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. They refused to remove a coffee from my order, claiming they didn't have the Expresso shot I had requested. Despite this, they still expected me to pay for it. Frustrated, I insisted they cancel the order. It shouldn't be so difficult to remove an item from my bill that I didn't receive.
Manager named Carlos was very un-accommodating, and rude. Had the cashier running back and forth with questions. Didn’t even try to talk to me and answer my questions. Very poor management skills from his part but what do you expect from a young adult with probably no professional kills or experience.
Very bad customer service. Person at the first window just reached out his hand with receipt while staring at his phone. Didn’t say a word. Next window to pick up our food, person didn’t even confirm if it was our order , just gave us the bag and closed the window. They didn’t even look at us.
Don't go to this McDonald's unless you want to wait 30 minutes for an order. The orders in front of me were some cups of coffee and even that would take forever. They had like 10 people on the grills and nothing came out, so disorganized. Book a table now

I have never visited this restaurant that promotes the Cactus Plant Flea Market Box. I was very disappointed with my experience and would not give them any stars.
They got my order wrong and I can forgive that but then they give me cold food. Cold fries cold cheeseburger.There level of service is terrible
I'm not a junk food type of person, so I really, really dislike everything about their burgers...so plasticky. Never again. Book a table now
