The dining experience at this restaurant is just okay, similar to any other local McDonald's. However, if you are looking for a quick meal, this might not be the best option. The service is as slow as molasses, with long lines not due to a large number of customers but because the staff seem reluctant to pick up the pace. It feels like they have all the time in the world to fulfill orders. I didn't come here to spend the entire day waiting for a simple order of nuggets and fries - why does everything take so long to prepare? I would only recommend this place if you have at least 25 minutes to spare, but honestly, for that amount of time, you could get freshly made fries from a non-fast food...
I really enjoy this McDonald's location because it is conveniently situated near the path station and offers a small dining area on the second floor (no elevator). The open kitchen on the second floor provides an entertaining view of the operational chain at McDonald's. They frequently have promotions, and you can also take advantage of better deals by using the McDonald's app. While the downstairs area can get busy and crowded, we have never had to wait for a table upstairs (most people opt for takeout). Their fries and nuggets are usually fresh, although I did receive a less-than-perfect batch once when it wasn't busy. I recommend visiting during peak hours for the freshest food. :)
This restaurant is conveniently located in the area. I ordered breakfast through the app and it was ready quickly. Contrary to what others have said, my food was hot, well-packaged, and tasted just like any other McDonald's. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small, so if it's crowded, it could be annoying to wait. Overall, my experience was exactly what you would expect from fast food - quick and accurate.
I don't understand why someone would bother writing a review for McDonald's, but I have to say, this is the perfect spot to grab a bite at 2am in the neighborhood. You'll encounter a diverse crowd, including people from work, the bar, and the cinema. The staff is always ready to serve up fresh, hot food and ice-cold Coke. It's convenient to have a place like this so close to home.

This place needs some updates, but it’s definitely a serviceable McDonald’s. The place is tiny so there’s no seating on the first floor, and very limited seating on the second floor. They’re reasonably fast most of the time, I typically use the mobile app and I say “I’m here” typically when I’m across Columbus and it’s ready within a minute or two of walking in the door.
Stationed in the area of lots of hotels and a university, this location is a high traffic or high volume area. I love because the food us always hot, fresh, and served up correctly..,...fast. You don't quite notice the staff because there was nothing personable attached to their service.

As McDonald's go, it's pretty good. Food comes fast, they get the orders right, and the staff are quite friendly. Plus it has a nice walk-up window
