How you guys expect to run a successful business like this is beyond me, waiting for 15 or 20 minutes for any response from your drive up team, watching 2 potential customers drive off in frustration, waiting it out anyway, just to have your most unhappyemployees roll their eyes at my order and argue with me over missing sauce and making me have to prove this by emptying the bagsof my order, is just plain stupid, the food that I ordered was done correctly and was very good but the service and attitudewas terrible, I still LOVE McDs, but its getting harder and harder to bring myself to put up with this on a regular basiswith so many alternatives. Sunday 8/14/22 9pm.
The staff at this restaurant are very unprofessional, particularly the women with blond hair and a missing tooth, and the young man with blond hair and a ponytail. They took 5 minutes to acknowledge us, laughed while we were trying to place our order, and then didn't even let me finish before walking away. They also continued to smile and laugh, demonstrating very rude and unprofessional behavior. Overall, a disappointing experience at this establishment.
Waited in line for nearly 10 minutes when there were only two cars in front of me after placing my order. Order was on the receipt correctly, but not all items were correct. I literally saw three employees all huddled around the drive-thru station, and I'm not convinced they were doing much work. If I sit there for 10 minutes with only two cars in front of me, I at least want the order to be right. It wasn't, and I have no desire to return.
Was treated very bad. Took over a half an hour to get through the drive thru for an order I placed on the McDonald's app. There was 1 car ahead of me that finally just drove away because no one was taking orders and then 2 cars after me and 1 of them droveoff cause of how long it was taking. Will not be going back to this McDonald's anytime soon. Book a table now
This drive-thru is the worst I've ever been to. I waited for 5 minutes and watched other cars pull up and get their orders taken before me. I ended up driving away without getting served. There were 7 cars in line and the service was not worth the $15 I paid. It was a disgrace.
Staff was friendly. The made the nuggets fresh for me as requested but the fries were horrible. I swear, lately if you dont ask for the fries fresh from McDs, they aren't good. Bummer but overall, im full and that's what matters.
Although I don't come here frequently, I have always received excellent service. This evening, they took my order promptly and my food arrived shortly after. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Poorly trained help. I guess that’s what we get these days. Nothing is like it used to be.
