the manager at this place deserves to be fired, no customer service considering his name is charles his description is about 6 feet big black hair and eyes that he saw on the picture below where I posted. this manager, after having ordered from kiosks, told me that I had to wait until he was done what he did, or another worker was available to help me at the frontthek, because the key from me said to go to the frontthek after my credit card witnessing a problem that he decided to wait me out more than 15 to 20 minutes outside on the frontthek
this restaurant must be under new management because it is amazing. the personal is friendly and efficient and its product is always fresh and warm. the management does something that is right with the training.
Redhead in the drive through was unfriendly. Also, ignored us for 5 minutes before taking our order.
