Ich habe mir gerade einen Espresso bestellt. Leider habe ich fälschlicherweise den Espresso Macchiato ausgewählt. Als ich mein Getränk bekam, fragte mich der Mitarbeiter wie ich den Schaum gerne hätte. Ich erklärte das ich leider falsch ausgewählt hatte und nur den Espresso will. Mir ist aufgefallen das ein Tropfen Milchschaum im Getränk gelandet ist bevor er mich fragte, wie ich den Schaum gerne hätte. Ich erklärte, dass ich eine Milchallergie habe und das Getränk nicht trinken kann weil etwas Milch drin gelandet ist. Der Mitarbeiter stellte mir das Getränk auf die Theke und sagte, dass da keine Milch drin sei. Ich versuchte es nochnal zu erklären aber leider blieb er bei seiner Meinung. Ic...

Haben uns mit Tischservice draußen hingesetzt. Peinlicherweise musste wir das Tablett von drinnen abholen. Auf die Frage warum wir draußen sitzen antwortete ein Freund mir es wäre drinnen zu warm. Daraufhin wurde er von dem Mitarbeiter beleidigt. LG
die mitarbeiter sind super unfreundlich. Die qualität ist auch mehr als deutlich schlechter als die anderen Filialen. die burger buns sind so dünn wie papier. aus irgendwelchem Grund stinkt es auch drinnen
Das Essen ist nicht besonders. Nur die Preise. Schlechteste Zwiebelsuppe, die ich je gegessen habe. Der Salat war okay. Der Service war aber klasse und freundlich.
