Horrible experience just now while ordering the 40piece bundle. 1st only 3 sauce for 40 nuggets, then they didn 't give us the 2 set of fries while it was included in the bundle. Once asked for the reciept the guy charged me 17.99 for 40piece nuggets whenthe bundle was only $15.99. When some wanna a be manager tried to help she spoke no English which is ok I spoke Spanish she istelling me you didn 't ask for the bundle is not on your reciept so I said how is it the customers fault he didn 't charge me asa bundle when I clearly asked for it. She takes the reciept to go bad mouth me to her coworkers while I am standing and fullyunderstanding everything in Spanish. Conclusions had to pay for 2...
I just had an easy experience ordering the 40-piece nugget meal. They only gave me 3 sauces for 40 nuggets, and they didn’t include the 2 fries that were supposed to come with the bundle. When I asked about it, the cashier charged me $17.99 for the 40 nuggets, even though the bundle was supposed to be $15.99. When I requested to speak to a manager, they tried to help but didn’t speak English. I spoke Spanish, and she told me the bundle wasn’t available, even though I was being told by other customers that it was.
Horrible experience at this McDonald?s, unprofessional manager ?Jenny? should be fired she doesn?t know how to do her job, rude to costumers and her employees, screaming at me for something she messed up in my order and I was just trying to get my food theway I order it, like she doesn?t have an education this is the worse McDonald?s I have ever been very unprofessional.
I frequently visit this McDonald's location as it is conveniently located. The food is delicious and the service is accurate, although there are occasional mistakes. The only downside is that it can get very busy. I recommend placing an order in advance through the app.
