I visited the restaurant today and placed an order through the drive-thru. I requested additional fries instead of the apple slices in the Happy Meals. I had to park in the lot to wait for them. When I checked the meals, there were no extra fries. I informed the staff and they retrieved them for me without any issues. However, the manager advised me to notify them in advance next time if I wanted any substitutions. Despite showing them my request on the receipt, they made it seem like I was lying. This was not the first time my order had been messed up at this location.

This was an awful experience. There is something to say about pulling up to a drive-thru prepared to order and no one responds. You begin to think the establishment is closed, after checking to see if anyone was even there a nasty voice came through the intercom acknowledging my presence

Thank you for serving us frozen pancakes. We paid for a nice breakfast and received frozen pancakes!? Does it not work well for the customers that eating is not complimentary?

I don't see how they did it because the hired people seem so confused. it appeared very haphazard. Nevertheless I got my food in a reasonable time and it was hot.
