Terrible experiences. When you order fries at this McDonald’s, you get half the portion (I doubt they care about the calories you are consuming), when there is a promotion worth going to your app, they claim their system is not working. When you spend 10 minutes giving feedback and you get a validated coupon promotion, they refuse to honor it. If you ask for ketchup or a dip for chicken nuggets, they roll their eyes and almost hurl it at you. When your change is 1-2 cents, they don’t even bother to give you change. Where do I begin? I asked them why the lobby was locked while I was ordering no response. Then some guy who claims he is the manager with no name tag starts being argumentative confronting me with, were you the one asking about the lobby being closed? I responded yes. He said because we do not have enough employees so I decided to close the lobby. He was so rude. Waited forever for the food it was cold returned it. He did not apologize, and started again with his arrogant rant at the point disposed of the food and left. I was not about to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for food again that I paid for. My visit to this restaurant was exceptional. I brought my energetic toddler with me and he refused to let me put him down, but I was able to manage until our food arrived. The server was very attentive and even filled up my soda for me from the self-serve area, which was a nice gesture. As I was leaving, I noticed another employee doing the same for an elderly couple. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant.
Ever since this McDonald's location reopened, it has been absolutely exceptional. The staff is helpful with the interactive menus and my food was delivered promptly. During my meal, I needed a ketchup packet and there was a staff member conveniently carrying condiments in her apron. I hope they can maintain this level of service. Excellent job!

mcdon worstd’s to go do not have a customer service never to go this place again. they double complained went there to get my money back and the wut that gave me an employment about my money went to another mc donalds a order, the same thing and complaining where different. they need to do better a stop to hire good customer service goes away.
terrible service, consistently not honor mobile ordering and after contest if price, honor the mobile price, but argues with me then my credit card calculated twice, they definitely need a better training of their personal, each drive thru order with a mobile order should not be arguing
Whether it’s $8 an hour or $15 still bad service. Young women at drive thru were downright rude to me when I couldn’t hear what they were saying. I know it can’t be easy dealing with customers all day but we are not all mean. Cmon.
the staff was friendly and clean. massive plexiglass fixation in public/staff interaction areas still available for covid. c’mon people go back to interact with their customers. If you're afraid, you'll get a job from home.

McDonald's is at its best here. I'm not sure what you're expecting, but in terms of fast food, it's reliable enough for this area. I really enjoy the double quarter pounder with cheese.
