when you order through the machine they ask if you’re gonna eat in the restaurant , I don't understand why they ask if they’re not gonna to take the time to read it, I wanted to eat in the restaurant but they packed it for me to take out and they never brought it to my table, I had to look for my order when I had even put the number of the table where I was going to be. the employees are very rude and have no attention even when they are just standing around doing nothing.
Don 't come here if you want fast food. They specialize in really slow food. Every time that I have come here, the small order has taken at least twenty minutes even when there is no one else in the lobby. Each time that I 've gone there, I 've told myself, They can 't be as bad this time as all the previous times. Wrong every time, it has been as bad or worse.
15 minutes in the drive thru and then when we get our food the worker tells us that he is running low on straws and he ain’t got time to go to the back to get more so he is only giving one straw per car regardless of how many drinks were ordered. Wow, didn’t know this was McDonalds new straw policy. Customer service here really sucks….
There was 1 person in line when I got to the drive thru and somehow it still took 15 minutes for me to get my 2 double cheeseburgers. I 've been to this location late at night before when their open sign was lit up but no one took my order when I pulled up to the drive thru. Their service is atrocious. Book a table now
I found the Strawberry Shake to be delicious. However, despite requesting no onions on my burgers, they were still served with onions. Additionally, the burgers were slightly burnt. Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy my food during my lunch break.
My order was incomplete as I did not receive my sandwich and had to reorder, only to still be missing items. It took nearly two hours and my order was still not correct. I am not happy and quite frustrated. I am disappointed with the service.
We arrived five minutes before closing with a mobile order in hand. The staff was very accommodating and made the ordering process easy. The food was served hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious!
They got everything right, from the sauces to my stepson's simple cheeseburger. It was awesome! Book a table now
They were rude to my dasher and they did not give me my second milkshake.
