If I had the option to rate it a zero, I would. I never expected the managers to be so unhelpful, but when we ordered combos, they insisted that we ordered something different than what we actually did. Despite our attempts to explain, they rudely closed the window on us. In the end, I had to leave without resolution, and the manager was still disrespectful. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but there was no need to take it out on me. To the woman in the blue shirt who treated us poorly, I wish you a Merry Christmas and hope whatever is causing you to behave so rudely towards us gets resolved.
the drive thru is bad . They cant remember your order in the 2 minutes that you ordered . As for the managers they are on point , i see a manager helping the employee cause she didnt know what i ordered and i was in line for 2minutes , 1 mintue paying and 1 minute moving forward to 2nd drive thru . Breakfast is no longer served during lunch hours .Food wise its still delicious and well made so my 3 stars only go out to the drive thru people . Everyone else not working the drive thru is a perfect 5.

The drive thru worker was AMAZING! She accidentally forgot my orange juice on Monday (6/27/22) morning and remembered and fixed it the following morning when I returned. Was in the area for a horse show so this is not my local McD's. She made me feel like I was important and that goes a long way. I hope she is blessed in life as she seriously made my day start out in a much more positive way.

The food was fresh, but the customer service from the black lady with three tattoos on her neck wearing a headset was terrible. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had complaints. It seems to be a common issue at most McDonald's locations.
This is the only McDonald's in the area that excels at fulfilling even my most complicated orders. Sometimes you just crave a burger made exactly the way you like it, and they do a fantastic job. The staff is usually quite friendly as well.
I enjoyed a classic meal of a Big Mac with fries and ranch dressing. The staff member KB was friendly and maintained a clean environment. The atmosphere was pleasant and the Big Mac was one of the best I've had in a while.
worst food ever. there was poop on my plate. i found a nose ring in my nuggets. and i saw all 5 workers spit in my spit in my sprite. there were dogs behind the counter. dog hair all in my hot dog.

I usually don't visit McDonald's, but my mom was craving ice cream. The drive-thru service was quick, and the ice cream cone was tasty. It made both my mom and me happy.
Fries were cold and soggy. I was charged for an extra drink I did not order. They were out of Halloweeen buckets for kid meals.Food: 3/5
