I recommend going to the McDonalds across town, not this one. This one at the travel stop gets our orders wrong 9/10 times and customer service is poor. Not the worst if you don't mind checking the bag before you leave. Today I ordered sauce for the nuggets, asked the cashier at the window very kindly if the sauce was already in the Happy meal box or if I could get some, and she looked at me wide eyed like I was dumb. Nodded her head but didn't answer me. Not really sure why. I checked anyways before I left and there was no sauce with the happy meal so I went back through the drive through to get it. came to pick up my mobile order of 2 breakfast sandwiches and a 3 pack of cookies. saw the order screen full and I sat in the es tab for over 30 min and then I get my food and I still have to wait for some cookies. I asked for a refund and couldn't even get it because it was a mobile order. Why give me my order if it's not done yet. if I don't care, I could run away without my cookies I've done anyway. waste of time? stop’s maul and sit’s or ? make it a driver’s lounge. if I could leave less than one star, I would. it's not the food that's the employees. an older woman at the woman at the theke, that one of the happy meals was missing a toy. contradictory gave the person who worked the counter, the older woman gave another toy, then went in the back and said the older woman was a liar and said she knew that she put the toy in there and repeatedly said that the older woman was lying. I do not understand what the great thing is only of good moral character and make the customer happy. Do not believe that I am again to the mcdonald’s.
when we went to the hired, we were worried. the mud cans were full. flies everywhere. no tea in the drink station. it area tasks with müll on the floor. I had to clean our tables. behind the counter where I could see was dirty. employees stand around instead of cleaning and waiting for customers. the manager had on dias instead of work shoes. the top management must roll in this place.
