On the night of 4-13-22 at 8:40pm, I had the pleasure of encountering a young African American man working the pick-up window during the night shift. He was incredibly kind and respectful, asking me how my day was when he handed over my food. His customer service was exceptional, and he came across as a very sweet individual. Your establishment should be proud to have someone like him on your team. We need more people like him in the world.
My mocha frappe was excellent I had them put one shot of espresso in its and it was wonderful. Their service was quick, the only thing wrong was I ordered my double cheeseburger with extra onion pieces and they ended up putting NONE . It was good I just think it would have been way better if it would have had the onions . Just saying!
Lazy and customer are never right that it's crazy. 15 hours I can't believe that construction workers hardly make that and work in these weather conditions managers are the worst walkers than the employee. And my order is never right and always cries cold. Food: 3/5
Just leave this place. One of the Pattys on the double-square case still had a paper pack on the Patty. Also ordered 2 happy meals Cheeseburger simple and dry and of course that was wrong. This is normal for this place. Rarely my order is actually exactly food: 1/5 Book a table now
The service at this restaurant is exceptional, with always fresh and hot food ready to be enjoyed. The employees are very friendly towards customers. I will definitely continue to choose this location and don't mind waiting for their excellent service.
This McDonald’s cooks the Burger Paddies with the paper attached to them. Check the burgers before you eat it. Also they never get the orders completely right. They don't seem to understand what a Cheeseburg plain and dry is.
McDonald's is hit or miss. This particular location is always clean, and they always get our order right. The five stars is for this McDonald's compared to others, not that mcds is a five star restaurant.
