The customer service is consistently good, with a mix of younger and older employees working well together as a team. Orders are almost always accurate, and we visit this location regularly, as our child enjoys playing in the designated play area. The play area has four different sections and keeps our child entertained while we enjoy some family fun with silly games. Overall, we give McDonald's four stars due to the enjoyable environment it provides for children.
I just ordered a Caramel Macchiato and some oatmeal from here, and they could not even get that right. After paying they tell me the machine for the Macchiato isn't working so I take a Frappe. Then after I get to work I find out that they gave me a hot bowl of soup basically with all the water I had in the oatmeal and didn't even let me know they were out of the apples that is supposed to come with it. If I didn't have to be at work I would have went back for a refund. I won't be stopping here anymore.
You can visit any McDonald's location, but the service at Clayton McDonald's may not be up to par compared to others. However, if you happen to drive through when Rhonda is on duty, your order will always be accurate. It's impressive how consistently they get it right. This location should be used as a model for training. Just to clarify, I am not affiliated with the restaurant or know anyone who works there. I just appreciate that it's one of the few places where my order is almost always correct.
I have never had a good experience at a McDonald's before, but this place is incredible. The staff is always friendly and my order is always correct - every single time! Today, as I waited for my family box to be prepared, I was asked to pull forward and only had to wait for about 3 minutes. When they brought out my food, the young man even gave me a free milkshake as a thank you for my patience. The service here is truly exceptional!

This McDonalds is always packed, mostly due to its location. We regularly have issues with missing items, so checking your bags before pulling away from the drive through is a must. Even though we ate inside this time, we had a cheeseburger missing. However, the restaurant is clean and the food was hot and served in a timely manner.
I always love getting takeout from McDonald's. This particular location has always gotten my order right, no matter how many modifications I request. The service is quick, efficient, and the food is always delicious.
I was served reheated food that was very cold and not fresh, which was gross. I was not satisfied at all and felt like I wasted my money on that meal and the time of the delivery driver.
I didn't even eat a single fry when I got home, and this was supposed to be my large fry. Come on guys, why do we have to pay extra for fries just to receive this small portion?
