I had an issue with my order that caused a delay of about 20 minutes. Despite this, the employee who delivered my food and the manager who spoke with me were both very kind and professional. To make up for the mistake, they gave me an extra sandwich and three additional hash browns. Mistakes are understandable—we’re all human—but it’s how they’re handled that counts. Well done to the whole team!
Having managed a McDonald's restaurant for 13 years, I seldom award 5-star ratings. However, I’m happy to make an exception for this location. The quality, service, and cleanliness here truly deserve top marks. My food consistently arrives hot and fresh. Running a restaurant like this is no easy task—kudos to the team!
My favorite McDonald's consistently provides friendly and speedy service. Although there’s a closer location to my home, the staff there don’t compare to the exceptional service I get at my preferred restaurant.
The remake of my incorrect order arrived drenched in grease, with a soggy bun. The burger was literally sliding out of the bun, leaving a trail of grease behind. Overall, it was a very disappointing meal. Book a table now
