On our way back home from Citrus Heights my daughter wanted a Happy Meal and I did not want to go to McDonalds. We drove past one Sunrise and Auburn and it was packed. Sunrise and Madison, also packed. Madison and San Juan also packed. Gibbons and FairOaks, packed as well! And then finally we got here. Nobody. Deserted. Ordered a Happy Meal for the kid and I got a large sodaand an order of chicken nuggets. My nuggets were cold and pretty gross. Didn't have high hopes for the price. The kid didn'twant her fries and they were cold. Whatever, I did not want them either. She ate her burger and apple slices and was fine. They are the slowest McDonald 's I 've been to. Even when there is no one in front of you. You 'll wait 15+ minutes for food. They also don 't know how to work app orders they always try to double charge us when we say we have an online order. I know there 's ashortage of employees every where but they can at least put up a sign that says we are sorry for the long wait, we are shortstaffed . I 've seen that at Wendys, KFC, Taco Bell. But not here at McDonald 's. They also never give the correct sauce and tryto charge me for more sauce when they give me the wrong sauce in the first place. And these are the people asking for more thanminimum wage... disgusting.
The McFlurries have lost their charm – it feels like just a cup of ice with a few Oreo sprinkles on top. They shouldn’t offer a product that was advertised one way but fails to meet those expectations. The special spoon meant for mixing the McFlurry is useless if it’s not used properly. Honestly, I question whether any McDonald's has served a genuine McFlurry recently. It’s disappointing, and the whole experience feels like a letdown.
I would like to give a big shout-out to the staff and local management for their outstanding performance today (4/29/22). You truly deserve 5 stars for your efficiency during the busy 3 PM rush. Thank you for handling such a challenging situation so well!

McDonald's has gotten so cheap about the amount of hot fudge in their hot fudge Sunday. Is. Even charging me an extra 50 cents for extra hot fudge there's less than there used to be in a normal Sunday.. I've got to find another place to go.
Usually do special orders and staff is mostly unresponsive in making sure the order(s) are correctly made. First time in approximately 60 days orders were correct n quite tasty.
i was starving they only offered delivery drive-thru, my bicycle wasn't allowed. so i have NO INTENTION OF PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION, EVER! ?
It's a decent place for food, so I would never give it more than three stars. The main reason I go to McDonald's is for the tea.
