I went to Sandbaks beach with my family and we decided to order McDonald’s .The employee attitude was as if she was annoyed or frustrated to be working assisting a customer . We were having problems hearing her because we had a baby in the car and she became upset because we asked her to repeat herself and inquired about an old deal they had . As we picked up the food at the next window she nearly dropped the drinks when she handed it over rudely to my teen son while saying and “I hope you don’t come back “ I contained myself only because of my kids and cousins were in the car ! Because I was Gona tell her quite a few things she needed to hear !
Well let me tell you something I'm not impressed about.Every time I go there me and a family member get coffeeIf you don't ask to stir itIt's like thay don't put the spoon to the bottom of the CupOr that don't check there sugar machineBecause it's like thay don't put sugar in it and most of the time the coffee is cold.Plus Thay couldn't get an order right.If you order something and ask for condiments in the bag you don't get it most times )And or thay forget to put a straw in the bag.Or your order is completely wrong all together.Get your S& together.
My family and I visited this restaurant after a wonderful day at the beach, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. There were multiple hairs in our food, and the staff was not only inattentive but also quite rude. We had to wait an excessively long time for our orders. The bathroom was a mess, with paper towels scattered all over the floor. To top it off, my McMuffin was burned. I cannot recommend this place at all.
What a absolute joke. Now that town is infested with tourists....they are clueless in there. Waited a full half hour, didn't receive a order receipt from server....when I asked about my order, they had no clue and seemed annoyed. My burgers were literally thrown together. Floors were dirty and employees were moving like they're paid to go slowly. They have to get their s#%t together. Was a total waste of my time. Book a table now
Great little McDonald's in Picton. Seems to always be pretty fast and the staff are friendly. I've only gone though the Drive-Thru, we have a small hatchback but if you have a truck you might want to park and go inside as the Drive-Thru is a little tight. Overall great for a quick bit when passing through town.
I'm just convinced that most trailer müllwerke at this location. the primary school can't be in the position or care to do their jobs. if you want to see that the full inability of fast food workers go to this place 10/10 not recommend.
Cold fries. Charged for pickles and cheese on chicken burger but burger didn't have either. Overload of ketchup on kids meal and big mac.. worst mcdonalds experience.
Line ups can be long but that is to be expected during summer and rush hours. But the staff is always friendly and accommodating for picky kids. Book a table now
