Today 08/07/2024 I visited McDonald’s store #3947 located at 465 Richmond Rd in Richmond Heights. I placed a drive through order at 12:40pm Eastern. As I was eating I came across for lack of better term two boogers in my fries. It was unmistakable. I am beyond repulsed and deeply concerned that management possibly allowed someone ill to work their shift. I am not interested in a refund or any credits. I will not be eating at this location again.
I live 5 minutes from this McDonald's! Was going there quite often. Then it went downhill for a few years. But for the past month they have redeemed themselves! Best food, Best service and fast !! I appreciate all of you at this location. Keep up the great work ! Finally employee's that take pride in what they do ! I'm spreading the word !!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5
