I'm not sure if it was because I came here on a Saturday morning or what, but the girl in the black hoodie at 7am this morning operating the drive-thru had a poor attitude. She was careless from the moment I ordered to the time I had to walk back in because she couldn't get my order right. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it's just because it's early, but no! It shouldn't matter if it's a fast food place or not, have better manners and better etiquette!
I view McDonald's as a competitor to Starbucks, and that's just my personal opinion, not an objective fact. Nevertheless, it reflects my reality. I do eat fast food occasionally, but not as frequently as I used to. I enjoy their coffee, the locations are generally clean, and the service is good.
The staff at this McDonald's drive-thru are incredibly rude! I don’t understand why they hire teenage workers without providing proper customer service training. I love McDonald's, but with employees like these handling the breakfast line, I’d rather just make my own eggs at home.
I ordered a Big Mac at McDonald's and received just bread, lettuce, and cheese. Where's the meat?! I'm extremely disappointed. Make sure to check your food before leaving, so you can confirm your burger from the menu has the meat it's supposed to have. Book a table now
My orders are consistently incorrect, with items missing or arriving late, and often not delivered to the correct address. I won't be dining here again! Their phone number is either not in service or they never answer.
I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed. The food was undercooked and the service was subpar. It has been years since my last visit, and I now remember why I haven't been back.
Stopped by on the way to San Juan Capistrano and just got a quick bite of 6 pc nuggets for a great price. Like always, the restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and friendly!
