Mcdonald's - Table reservation

However, I ended up waiting in line for TEN MINUTES. The moment it struck eleven, the cars ahead of me started moving, but when I finally got to the order screen, I was told, “Sorry, we’re closed.” I couldn't believe it! I arrived before closing time but didn't even get a chance to place my order. It was frustrating to watch the people inside wait to serve the car at the front of the line just to refuse service to me. The staff on duty that night really dropped the ball, and I believe they should reconsider their customer service skills. I have no intention of supporting McDonald's again, regardless of how good their Big Mac may be.

I want to express my gratitude to Sara for looking after my family today! We had lunch here during peak hours and had to wait a bit longer than usual for our food. Sara noticed our empty table and came over to check on us. Before long, she returned with our meals! I observed her assisting both coworkers and other customers amid the lunchtime rush. It truly made my day to see her going the extra mile for everyone. I sincerely hope that the management will recognize her hard work and go the extra mile for her as well—she definitely deserves it!

This McDonald's offers outstanding customer service! The morning staff is amazing. I've been using the McDonald's app for years and just learned that my name appears when I order. The person at the drive-thru even calls me by name, which is a nice personal touch. They are all very friendly and consistently cheerful. As someone who works in customer service myself, I can truly appreciate how they go the extra mile.

The play area is enormous and a lot of fun; it's designed like a maze, allowing for plenty of exploration!

This will always be my go-to spot for breakfast. The Sausage McMuffin and coffee with cream are fantastic!
