I wish I could give 0 stars. I gave this place every chance. for the luck, her drive was closed this time and so I had to go to the city to find something else. spared me the misery to suffer through the usual 30 minutes, to wait for some smiling beans and undercooked pommes. I have to ask myself how this place is still open with the unholy amount of flying that swarm around in and out of the place year. I would hate to know what they do on the back when they are to be open, but have closed the place. does the owner even like money? do they know what's going on? does he even have a manager at any time? so many ask. The night shift employees let people stand in line for 20 waiting on someone to take their order.. Finally this girl comes n places a sign on the register saying to use the kiosk to place orders even if you're paying with cash.. ok so orders are put in and another 10 15 mins for by n I for one haven't gotten my order yet which was only a drink by the way ... No employee ever spoke to any of the customers at all.. Very rude and inconsiderate.. I will not go to this place again..
They suck. I ordered earlier in the day at the register no problems. Later that day I stood at the register for about 10minutes and had another customer alert me to the fact that they now needed me to place an order through their dumb electronics ordering system. They kept making eye contact and never told me anything. They enjoyed the fact that I missed their ity bitty sign that claimed they were short staffed and id need to use the dumb robot instead.
The general manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate of me ordering at this location. I ordered a sandwich and asked for mayo to be added he told me couldn't and wouldnt put it on the sandwich and if i wouldnt take the mayo packs and assembe it my self i could just go somewhere else when i asked for his name he wouldnt give it to me no name 0tag saying whom he was.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and will never go back. Yesterday morning, I paid with a $100 bill but didn’t check my change. The cashier processed my payment as if I had paid with a $50 bill and only gave me change for that amount. Now they are claiming that I didn’t pay with a $100 and refuse to refund my money. I strongly advise against going here.
I placed an order through the passage and the girl who took my order had a great spirit, but her attitude changed when I mentioned that my order seemed off. It felt like I had ruined her day, and she was quite rude about it. I ended up returning my food and getting a refund. I won't be spending any more money here again.
This place was the pits! Tried to order inside at the counter, but the crew was too busy looking at magazines. I went through the drive through, the drive through window was completely swamped by flies! From the looks of it, this place needs to be torn down and something else built in its place.
Just went to this McDonald's the drive thru was closed and the dining room was closed. But was employees eating at tables. The phone was ringing and no one got up to answer it. Why does it say OPEN 24 HOURS if it is not open 24 hrs? This is bad for business.

Personally I think it's one of the best McDonald's as even the cheap sandwiches are prepared to be the best they can be for what they are. Can't really expect more from the kitchen crew. The rest is just typical.
