I hadn't visited McDonald's in quite some time until this morning, and I was delighted to find Jamar taking my order again. He was just as friendly and kind as I remembered. When I reached the window, he asked if I was on my way to work. I replied that I was actually heading out of town to see family, and he wanted to know how long I would be away. His warmth was truly refreshing. Jamar really enhances the experience at this McDonald's; every restaurant could benefit from having someone like him!
I think your menu is a bit underwhelming compared to other chains, unless you happen to have one of your limited-time specials. The Dale City, Mapledale location is usually quite efficient, especially given how busy it can get. McDonald's isn't my first choice; I only stop by when I'm in a hurry and it's the most convenient option.
The staff could be more attentive, as they have been unresponsive for several months. The soda machines have often been without ice recently. Other than that and the occasional long drive-thru wait, the restaurant is generally clean and well-kept. We will keep coming back.
I really enjoy this McDonald's! The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. That said, entering and exiting can be somewhat challenging. I hope the owner thinks about redesigning the access to the back entrance!

This is undoubtedly the best McDonald's I've visited in terms of order accuracy, as well as the temperature and flavor of the food. The only downside is that the drive-thru and parking lot can be quite inconvenient.
The staff seemed more focused on their phones and chatting than on their duties. When we walked into the McDonald's, we weren't greeted at all. One employee in a yellow uniform was particularly unfriendly.
The prices are quite steep. A fish sandwich costs $4.59, and a small fries is $1.49. Really? However, you can get 2 large fries, 4 fish sandwiches, and large drinks for only $17. That seems a bit off.
This McDonald's is wonderful! The service is always fast and friendly. They consistently get my order right, and the tea is excellent too!
