My experience at McDonald’s at Munich Airport was shocking and absolutely unacceptable. I ordered four mini chicken burgers (small) but received the large ones. When I calmly and politely pointed out that this wasn 't my order, the cashier treated me rudely, disrespectfully, and condescendingly. Instead of correcting the mistake, I was completely refused service. The supervisor who was called over showed no professionalism or interest in finding a solution. The food was so delicious I was full in a second; I would definitely have gone back. What I really liked was how quickly I got my food even though the restaurant was almost full. The staff were really friendly and always asked if the food was good and if they could clean up my trash.

The atmosphere is nice and just next to terminal 2. I couldn’t find any vegan or vegetarian options so that’s a big negative otherwise quite nice. Even charging points are available on tables so a perfect place for travelers waiting
