Food quality and customer service was horrible. Instead of a smile staff gives you a frown.I was expecting an american dine in fast food experience and what I received was a huge discomfort. As I entered panhandlers invaded my personal space and demanded money, drug dealers advertised themselves to several customers upon entering. I would have sat and ate yet the discomfort felt was enough for me to exit this establishment.The security there is not enough. The elderly unarmed security officer is overwhelmed.
This restaurant has a beautiful interior, and the food is always fresh. However, the lack of a drive-thru is a significant drawback for me. Their breakfast meals are about $1 more than other McDonald's locations. Parking in the busy downtown area of Elizabeth can be quite challenging during working hours, which only adds to the inconvenience. With higher prices, no available parking, and the absence of a drive-thru, they only managed to earn 2 stars from me.
my man ordered a steak and bagel sandwich and gave him a speck. when I returned it to get a new sandwich, I started the chef that pulls the speck off and tried to replace it with steak. my man doesn't eat pork products because they make him sick. if I hadn't said anything, I would have spent my night in the hospital. the manager did not tell the employee anything, I'm sorry. will not eat again in the broad st mcdonald.
Initially, my experience at this McDonald's was quite disappointing. I called to inquire about an order, but the staff hung up on me. Additionally, the food we received was not only cold but also undercooked. They offered no solutions to our issues and simply told us to call back when we were eating. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

It was a bad. Experience I had food poisoning really bad stomach pain after. I had a double quarter pounder. Then the security opens the door wide open knowing that iM in there using it. Really come on. I said no more. MACDONALD FOR METHANK YOU
