After numerous mess ups with food missing from orders, which they never do rectify when you go back. Long waits , milkshake machine that is always out of service, hot chocolate like dish water, rude staff telling you to just do one cause you want a hot chocolate not a cup of chocolate water, I very stupidly stopped here last night after swearing I would never use this one again but children wanted food. Ordered a wrap meal cheese balls and a chicken sandwich meal with milkshakes .milk shake machine as usual out of service , what’s the option frappe or a smoothie ok I’ll take one of each go to pay comes to £22 I said why is is that much have I had to pay extra for the drinks when your machine...
Every time we visit McDonald's, something is always missing from our order. Even a simple order cannot be completed correctly. The prices keep going up, yet they still can't get it right. The food is barely warm, so I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Wyvern is much better in comparison. The staff doesn't seem to care when you call to report missing items, and they should be required to replace the entire order. Someone more competent should be checking the orders. Good luck if you decide to go to this terrible place.
order online click and collect, arrive and in a bay parked informs the app that I was here my order was processed quickly and brought me within minutes, eat hot and fresh boiled and the coworker who brought out my meal was very pleasant. great service. they only have to stop and collect the drivers on the parking space on the click, as customers who arrived after me are trying to drive around the parking space to be addressed to these needs.
I ordered a McPlant and the guy on drivethrough must have misheard and given me a McSpicy. For obvious reasons I went in and explained what had happened and the manager was really awkward about swapping it! She made a scene in the restaurant and said that’s what I ordered. I said I don’t eat meat so why would I order a chicken burger!
