Rude, ignorant and uniformed staff. I was asked by a member to wear a mask as I was ordering, she invaded my personal space and social distancing rules of 2 m, she approached within 1 foot and was extremely disrespectful, Upon informing the floor member...I was exempt from wearing a mask (severe COPD) and was asked to leave the store even after informing Zigrida I was unwell and exempt! I wouldn’t be back and I wouldn’t advise anyone else too with members of staff that can barely understand the English language well as it took 3 attempts to explain I was exempt. Disgusting and discriminatory.
greeted by a woman at the doors to tell us that they were closed, all the lights were up and they had riders in and out, we only wanted to take away, not to sit when they were closed to eat and away. They should clear the lights out and doors in the main rest closed in my dear, not to supplement, it was quite strong raining, felt early to close.
The staff at the third window are very unfriendly, which makes me hesitant to bring my kids here for a treat even though they really enjoy it. They argue with you about condiments, even though you may have already paid for them or have ordered multiple meals. It seems as if they are personally affected by it.
The que for drive through has got worse since the app was introduced, and people are driving using this silly app also. The coffee is very hit and miss, either not enough coffee in it or not enough milk, when it's good, it's very good....But never consistant.

This place is a disaster. I had to return three times in one day due to incorrect meal times, and they asked for extra money to replace the meals. They also never answer their phone, which means I have to drive back again. I'm not impressed.
I used to stop by regularly for a latte, but recently I've noticed that there isn't much coffee in my drink. It appears that they're not maintaining the coffee machine frequently enough. For a better cup of coffee, head to Dundonald instead.
eat freeze. I shouldn't have been surprised, not for the first time. it was not necessary to remain in the car to take it back. not good value for money and it is no longer a cheap meal. my advice is, go on the way to dundonald.
Actually getting worse. Staff leave out parts of the order and you drive away without realising. A phone call to complain has the manager offering a hollow promise to rectify on next visit. I’m not going back.

my daughter ordered this afternoon along with her fellow sweet chili chicken (krispy) and they were all sick. I tried to call mcdonald for a formal complaint, but no answer. It's a shame.
Woeful! No one could be stupid enough to do what they’re doing. They must be purposefully alienating customers. They’ll ruin what could be a great business.
