Just Popped down to grab a late lunch and what I witnessed was just disgusting. The manger (Chantal) on shift abusing a customer over the counter. The things said are not to be written on a public reveiw but there definitely needs to be a revision on how the managers like that are put into an authoritive positions. This manager should not only be questioned on their work ethic, but loose their job over the foul language and improper greeting and customer service that was given. Not being the only witness to this all customers in line and waiting for their food was disgusted by this encounter. Could clearly see this manager not doing any work. Walking around the store on her phone not support...
I always visit these mcdonalds with my children who can never get them, soft ice cone or sinks them always say, sorry not today. bad management always a cue and I wait on the other day for 2 frozen drinks lasted long. how hard it is to get 2 drinks. other people ordered drinks there after us and they got it first how does it work? also they should have more than 1 register open disgusting .verges your act together
eating is nice and the staff are nice people. Sometimes they are too late, but it is not the fault of the staff, so I tell them they don't care about it. I have breakfast almost every day and love eating. I do not understand that people are unable to get ice cream, as I always see that people buy it. I can't recommend enough
Today, the employees were so unprofessional. while drinking Boost juice, while the customers, music was out of the back who were coworkers around, on their phones, fighting with each other. very unprofessional. However, eating was hot and order was right, but I have a half box with big chips.
