This is the first time that I have reviewed a McDonalds establishment but I was lured by the new building having watched it being built. Definitely the Myaree McDonalds is fresh and modern on the inside with giant DIY order screens and hanging gardens to spruce and spice it up, but my goodness, if you want to tarnish the concept of "fast food" this is how you do it. The screen are bright and fun to play with, but what happened to good old fashioned, people service where you can say, "This is what I want" and two minutes later, presto, you get what you want. The "swipe" screens are a smoking mirror for saving on staff costs and not improving on efficiency. You do all the work, not them.Second...
Looking forward to checking out the new establishment, as Fancy as the bricks & tiles are, its Incredibly slow!! 20min wait, with an extra 5min taken for 3 staff to look at the food, look at the board, look back at the food, look at the board. No sense of urgency, or common sence. Im normally very patient. I had to ask for my food & they were going to give a whole order again, no link between burger bar & kitchen- better communication needed, no one knew what they were doing, it was painful to watch.
Mcdonald's family restora.n. Baru di buka pindah ke belajkang , sebelun di depab di bongkar. Hidangan nya biasa-biasa saja big berger saya pesan becon egg berger yang pesan via touch screen . Disitu bisa pesan sesuja nya . Tambah or kurang apa ... Jadi lansung bayar dgn kredit card ir cash . Pesanan nya juga segera keluar . Serba praktis dan cepat saji, Toko ramai sekali . Good taste.
You know what? I had a great latte and experienced wonderful service here. In fact, I am ready to withdraw any statement I ever made about McDonalds being greedy and capitalist. I think this Maccas is just wonderful. The barista are so nice and happy and everyone here is so good at their jobs! Go team!

We ordered 2 x Gourmet burgers and fries, everything was cold and so disappointing, Franchise holders need to know this is not acceptable...especially for a fast food place...
This is hard to say but the coffee served at their MacCafe is great, now I know that's strange but it suits my taste buds and is just a great cup of coffee.
Slow slow slow.... come on already. Wake up... i know its new but really..... last time. 2 days ago loaded fries were cold and skinny on the cheese.
Friendly staff, efficient service but one of my burgers was missing when I found out upon reaching home. Love the self order kiosks.
