Quick dash through the drive through to get a breakfast to eat on the go. I had hash browns and they were hot and crispy and very nice but my colleague had ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin but all he got was a piece of sausage and no egg in his bun. And to add insult to injury both the bun and the sausage were hard and barely edible. Also both of us ordered coffee from the McCafe but both of us poured it down the drain in disgust. It supposedly came from the McCafe but it was truly awful. I am hoping we just got an off day but we were not very impressed.
This is a fast food restaurant and without any doubt this is where they fail to deliver. Depending on the time of day you order, you can wait maybe 15 minutes! I have walked out simply because there were so many people waiting to order and waiting for this fast food. They argue that its cooked freshly but it was always fresh in the old days and their quality control was great then. Now slow and eventually you get served and eventually you get your food.Hint: order when it's quiet otherwise be prepared for a long wait.
My friend and I went into Mcdonald's in Moonah for lunch. I have shied away from Mcdonald's in the past but my friend had her autistic son with her who loves going to Mcdonald's. I ordered a chicken wrap which was really delicious and a mug of coffee. The girl behind the counter was so kind and even brought my food and coffee to my table! The staff there are to be commended for their politeness and prompt service! The atmosphere is good and so very clean with comfortable seating.
Went through drive thru tonight. Staff member taking order had little knowledge of products and had a bad attitude. Staff member at collection window couldn't sell new coke glasses as apparently they were not on the register yet despite being on the order board. Staff had a couldn't care less attitude which is not unusual for Moonah. I try and avoid this restaurant if possible. Do not recommend.

Called in for a snack before dinner in our hotel later, had to walk through pavement littered with food scraps and spit from young people male and female at the doorways!We did not order due to this, a manager could be stationed here to police this area-- it must put people off from visiting--Huk.
Don't know why we bother just about every time we come here we are told no soft serve ect available , if you run out put a sign up at the front of drive through , save waiting time ! The macas in town is great.
Great coffee and service excellent. The Barista was very knowledgable and he was very friendly. Maccas is always a good alternative to expensive cafes and restaurants.
spacious and good choices for breakfast our family enjoyed the close resturant to our accommodation good service toilets and parking. front and back entrance.

Stopped in for a late night meal & was pleasantly surprised to find very friendly staff who take pride in their job, nice food & coffee.
Work mate went here to get lunch got a chicken wraps chips drinks the wraps ended up in the rubbish bin awful
