I always love maccas food! And its so good to be able to just walk into the place, order and 5 minutes later have your food. Another good sight was seeing McDonalds mangers working just as hard as the rest of the staff. I had a manger come to my table and clear my trash for me and wished me a 'very good rest of the day'.service was great, food was great and the place was pretty damn clean. Would defiantly come back to Rockingham McDonalds
my husband and i entered this store 7/3/2016, the manager came up to us and offered to help us order on the screen, when we stated we would not order to a screen he became very rude and told his staff not to serve us, we then left the store, i cannot count of how many other people left the store because of the same ordering system. i would never visit this store again. On entering store friend & myself were told by assistant that he would show us how to order on screen. We ordered a coffee but asked for management to be told we will no longer visit Mcdonald,s stores as we prefer customer service...we are not self serving.We would prefer a café that has a face & someone to serve.
The food you order at Maccas is nothing like the photos they show you. In fact the bunsare not nice and fresh, they are microwaved to freshen. The contents don't look like that, and the fries are always rubbery, unless you request fresh fries. But for a quick snack when you are hungry you eat just about anything. Book a table now
Make sure you check your order before you leave. Went to the drivethrough.missing a burger. Ordered nuggets once.get home no nuggets ordered add bacon no bacon. Left the sauce out for the nuggets.over it wont go there again.
Phoenix Maccas was a very pleasant experience we had recently when we stopped for breakfast.Very surprised at what was available to eat and liked the quality of the coffee.Pleasant surroundings and quiet.
I don't think I have ever received bad service from McDonald's Spearwood restaurant. Once in a blue moon the order may be incorrect, but for the most part all is well here and would be happy to return.
