A friend and I visited the restaurant today at around 5:40 PM. When my friend went to place an order, he was told by the person behind the till that he had to use the self-service machines. After some resistance, the server finally took the order at a till. I observed another customer, wearing a black baseball cap, experiencing the same difficulty with the self-service machine and becoming increasingly frustrated. I brought this issue to the attention of the manageress, who explained that it was corporate policy to use the machines. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this policy and requested contact details for the UK headquarters to provide feedback but was refused and told to Google it....

I've been using this McDonalds for many years, since it opened in fact. It's never been the best, high staff turnover and poor training have led to a terrible customer experience. TBH when I visit the drive through now I expect to be sat waiting at the speaker for a while before someone asks me what I want and waiting even longer at the cash and then the food window while somebody bothers to come to serve me. I expect surly teenagers to serve me without a please or a thank you and I expect to be made to feel an inconvenience. I expect to get the wrong order alway less, never more an egg less mcmuffin, a single burger instead of a double or something just completely missing. But this week has...

My family and I visited the McDonald's in Coulby Newham on Monday, February 21st. Upon arrival, I noticed the greasy floor and informed the staff member who was taking our order. The restaurant was in poor condition, with tables full of leftover food and overflowing bins. Despite my concerns, I finished my lukewarm meal as my granddaughter enjoyed her food. When I went to use the restroom, I slipped and injured my face on the door jamb, resulting in serious injuries. Since then, I have not received any communication from McDonald's regarding the incident. I am disappointed by their lack of concern for customer safety. Went last week through the drive thru got a large wrap meal. Got all the way home and the fries were small and the wrap was missing. Rang them up and they told me to come all the way back for the wrap. Didn’t give me exchange on fries. went through the drive thru again tonight they give me the drinks and a McFlurry and told me to wait in a bay for the food. 20 plus minutes later still waiting in the bay. The McFlurry had melted by this time (would of ate it but it was for a family member at home) In the end went inside and got the food and told them to swap the McFlurry. not sure what’s happened lately but its put me off returning. Sick of this place, every time we go or order online the order is wrong! It's simple fast food! Ordered online tonight as have no car and they only put nuggets in the happy meal no fries and forgot the sauces and main burger, rang them to be told it's not their fault ring Uber. Not their fault? They packed it wrong! Tried to ring Uber but couldn't get through so now cooking tea instead. Never returning here it's a joke.

We and 14 other people waited over twenty mins for our food. They said they were short staffed but we could all see them talking to each other rather than serve customers. A guy told us he has never had good service their ever. Another customer said they put milk in her porridge even though she told them she was lactose intolerant. A customer was told he couldn’t get a refund. We left without food.

Went through uber to get a Big Mac meal but they forgot about the large strawberry milkshake. I was refunded the £2.10 but did not offer me a milkshake. I said to them I wanted the milkshake and if I’d of reordered one it would of cost me more in delivery cost. It was then they would not talk to me again! If I could they would have no stars!

When will corporate do something about the service at this store when we go through the drive through it’s always wrong got it delivered tonight and I was the first drop the food was stone cold and I live 4 mins drive away!!! (Halloween has come early for this store) and items missing what is the point!!! Book a table now

I usually receive the incorrect order after waiting a long time at this restaurant. I have tolerated this in the past because the staff seems to make an effort, but today was different. I waited a long time, received the wrong order again, and this time the staff was arrogant and excessively rude.
