This restaurant was a complete disappointment. The food was cold, half our order was forgotten, and they gave us all the sauces for the chicken selects but forgot the actual chicken selects! The staff were unhelpful and spoke to us rudely. We tried ordering through Just Eat to avoid going in person, but even then they still forgot part of our order and refused to send out replacements. It was a total joke - avoid this place at all costs.
Went to the restaurant just for a tea and a coffee for my work colleague and myself. We were paying cash. We were the only customers in the restaurant we were ignored by 4 members of staff, one being the manager. We stood there in full view at the counter for 13 minutes and eventually walked out without being acknowledged by any staff member! Non existent customer service!!
Ordered Breakfast roll only to unravel a bacon roll when i got back to work, ive never known somewhere get so many orders wrong, ill celebrate its demise one day. their food for thoughts page is absolutely useless too.
We stopped by on our way home because we were both craving a large milkshake. Unfortunately, one of them was only half full when we opened them at home. We didn't have time to go back and ask for the missing portion. Book a table now
Every time I go to this restaurant, something is always missing from my order and the ice cream machine is always broken. The food is also consistently cold by the time it reaches me.
We were just apssing through the area and stopped for breakfast. The food was cooked to order so lovely and fresh and piping hot. It is one of the cleanest McDonalds we have visited.
Never get the ordered right, no customer service skill, need to manage staff better so the correct orders are being sent out, cold food like it's been sat there for a while.
Just got to say some of the people who work there are polite, but some are rude. Always get my order wrong, missing items and no apology. Customer service is appalling Book a table now
My visit was a pleasure the food is hot and they sometimes forget your dip the staff are really kind and hard working I enjoy eating at this place
