I visited here yesterday with my mum dad and little brother and firstly the guy on the intercom was absolutely useless and secondly the woman at the collection point needs to be retrained we asked for some sauce and she literally threw them at my dad and said can you park at one of the bays which they both had cars on them so she just strugged her shoulders so we parked in the car park We had to go through no entry. We won't be returning. guy who bought the food out was very pleasant
Done an online order and the order was missing items and McDonald’s didn’t care they blamed the Uber. But they uber don’t cook it don’t pack it when we phone up. About it The mcFlurry had no lid and was all over the bag we asked for 4 and got 3 as one container was empty the drinks where half full and we had missing dips but again apparently it’s Uber not McDonald’s
"My son started working at this restaurant but only lasted a couple of weeks. He was spoken to disrespectfully by the management and the store manager, John. It was unacceptable for a 17-year-old to be spoken down to in such a manner. It's no surprise that no one wants to work there when they are treated so poorly."
Fourth time I have ordered from this branch and for the fourth time there was items missing from the order,phoned the restaurant and 5hey won't do anything about it,I have to phone just eat.....thanks for ruining my birthday meal mcdonald's Book a table now
I would love to say I had a good experience being an old McDonald’s worker … Sarah sort the staff out at your stores ! I don’t know what’s wrong with them I know it may be difficult getting good workers but rudeness is unjustifiable.
Ordered via there McDonald’s app , food took 50 mins to be delivered and we only live 1 mile from there restaurant, arrived stone cold , missing items from order , totally incompetent staff , would not recommend at all
Overcooked dry mc crispy chicken. Soft cold soggy fries. Cold cappuccino. This is after we had to wait 10 minutes at the drive thru because the meal was being freshly cooked! Worse Mc Donald’s ever.
I ordered 5 chicken selects and when I got home, I discovered they were meatballs with something green inside. I will forgive them this time, but this kind of mistake should not happen. Book a table now
