Wouldn't normally be seen dead in a McDonalds, and wished I hadn't promised a homeless man that I'd get him a meal from there. I am partially sighted and when I went into the place I realised everyone was ordering from the self service screens. No staff were on hand to assist, so I went to the front counter to ask for help. HOW THE HELL do you send someone near 2 miles on a bike and expect the food to still be at an edible temperature, you are delusional. This keeps happening because I love my kids they always want McDonald's (god knows why) and time and time again, First of all it doesn't matter what I order whether it's right or wrong it always arrives stone cold. 3 out of 10 times (that's being generous) the order is right....still cold though 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong and I have to sit at look at my kids in tears, because it seems the only time your delivery people move there Ass is when they're leaving your house. Absolute disgusting place This was the McDonald's I've been to since I was a child, and year after year, it gets worse and worse. There is not enough seating, and it's totally beat up. But todsy it hit a new low. I went in with my 12 year old son today and and we had to leave before we ordered. They staff just let a big group of school kids sit around shouting, throwing thing's and half of them were vaping. Smoke everywhere. Everyone was disgusted. The staff just walked past and said nothing. Safe to say I'd never go here again.
Make sure you check your orders before you leave the restaurant because I Ordered 5 meals, when I got home only 2 meals was there and spent roughly £23 to be told when I phoned them, when i got home that they couldn't find my order so there was nothing they could do??? How many people have they done this to! Manager's name is MARK! Wouldn't give me his last name, I wonder why?

Filthy disgusting place. Should have taken photos but didn't. Only came in for a drink. Sauce stations ect all covered in sauce and the toilets have dirty floors, half of them locked and rubbish all over floors and in the sinks
JUST EAT order missing several items again, its absouloutly shocking this place I am sick to death of not getting my full order and when you ring them theres nothing can be done yet there the ones doing the order!
