I ordered the western omelet with home fries and coffee. I was thinking of ordering the crab cakes Benedict and probably should have. My omelet was ok. It definitely needed more seasoning. My brother in law said the crab cakes were delicious. My nieces French toast and homemade Danish was amazing. For me, it was a solid 3. I love these type of little diners. If I return (I?m on vacation) I?m going to try something different.
Can?t say enough about how great this service and food was. I rolled into town last Sunday evening with a film crew and found this restaurant on line and called to see if they could prepare and deliver food for a large group. They gladly accepted and delivered our food a short while later. It?s especially nice to support local businesses and I highly recommend McLean Family Restaurant.
Came here for lunch. Beat the lunch rush. Quaint restaurant I think it?s family owned, definitely a local treasure. Heard Joe Biden likes to come here. They have a little bit of everything. Food came out hot at a timely manner, not much flavor or seasoning on food. Staff was friendly. Parking is limited due to strip mall parking style.
I have been going here since my parents took me as a little child 1995. I love it here. This is the best diner I have ever been to. I'm so happy this place as weathered the 2008 financial crisis and 2020 Covid. This restaurant feels like home to me you are definitely treated as such.
