Went here for football Sunday to watch World Cup soccer and shoot some pool. Haven't been here in ages but i really wanted to play pool and there aren't many tables in the area. We were warmly greeted by the bartender and grabbed some brews while we looked over the lunch menu. Ended up getting the pub burger which was very good, and came with a boatload of fries. We had a couple beers and chatted with some of the others at the bar, it was a very friendly atmosphere. We eventually moved to the pool table and met some more people, playing doubles with them for an hour or so. 1.00 a game, the table is pretty level and there are a couple decent cues. Great spot along Lancaster Ave. We aren't familiar with the bars in the area and just happened to be walking by on Labor Day Weekend when we met one of the bartenders outside. He asked us what we were looking for and didn't try to push this place on us.We decided to give it a go and loved it. The staff is very attentive, food was delicious and they don't skimp on the alcoholwhen it comes to those Long Island Iced Teas! We'll be coming back again.
This bar sucks! I used to go with friends and support them through Covid?.(food and drinks in the back outside) I went and by accident picked up a ladies purse thinking it was mine but gave it back. Got kicked out. Never stolen in my life! People only go there because it?s the only bar open till 2am in the morning. It?s such a bad service bar!
This place is a joke! Sat at my table for over 20 minutes before I got up and ask the bartender for some help! nothing we ordered came out right! We were stuck because we were going to a show across the street. Got the wrong check from a differentparty there! We were not the only table to sit there for the longest time to get any service!

The pool table is in good shape, but it often gets stacked with quarters in the evenings. The staff is mostly friendly and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. However, the typical crowd can vary quite a bit; some nights are fantastic, while others can be a bit dull.

Poor bartender was by herself tonight so the slow service was not her fault. Food was ok. There was no wing sauce on the mild wings or the sweet thai chili wings. The jukebox has a great selection.
Jack Mcshea's Pub offers exceptional service and delicious food. It's one of my favorite places in town. The dishes are served swiftly, and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend it!
