The food here was decent, but it was incredibly overpriced. The portion sizes were smaller than a fast food burger, and honestly, I would have preferred a McDonald's burger over this. My son received two of the tiniest chicken tenders I've ever seen; our chili cheese fries were barely warm, and the burgers were just average. We chose this place based on reviews after a long day in the city (we live in Grayslake), and I have to say, I've never been more disappointed in a restaurant. I've never felt the need to write a review before, but this experience absolutely warrants a negative one. We left the restaurant still hungry after finishing our meals and even considered stopping somewhere else...
I tried Meatheads for the first time, and it was fantastic! I had a mushroom Swiss burger, which was just perfect and absolutely delicious. The fries were also incredibly tasty. They have those soda machines that allow you to choose unique drinks, like diet caffeine-free cherry Coke. It's really hard to find places that offer beverages that are both diet and caffeine-free! As soon as I left, I looked for a location closer to my house and plan to visit that one soon. On March 5, 2022, I went to the Naperville location, and it was just as good! I love it!

We frequently order from Meatheads and have always been very pleased with our experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the chicken tenders are absolutely amazing. They also offer an Impossible Burger, which makes for a fantastic meatless option on Mondays. I highly recommend this place!

Solid burgers all the way. Excellent flavor profile and execution. Fries were crispy and most importantly...not greasy. High marks on the cheese sauce. We took it on the side since we were carrying out and were not disappointed. Real cheese is a thing we should all savor.
In my opinion chicken should be the star of a chicken sandwich. The toppings should complement the sandwich not overwhelm it. Also the bottom of the bun was a bit soggy and the sandwich did not hold up well.
It's like a local 5 guys but way better flavor in the meats. Fries are decent and the shakes were tasty, but the burgers are where it's at man. You gotta taste it for yourself.
They've greatly improved their fry quality! Would recommend going here and their burgers are great :
