I left 5 stars for service and atmosphere- because this is mostly a take out place and when the have dined in- service at the counter has always been fine. However the last few months the Bradford location seems like they are phoning it in. I used to order from them all the time via door dash- pizza for the team, subs, salads- I have realistic expectations of the place and what they are doing- honest food, good value and it worked for me for a long time- the last few months/ orders- the food across the spectrum is not as good as it was- quality, taste- final straw was a caesar salad with chicken tonight- chicken tough- dressing to my my taste buds was from a large dressing jar- pita was roll...
New owners are disrespectful and the customer service is terrible. This was an establishment I’ve went to since I was a kid. Now I will never go back!
I have been coming here for over 2 years and have loved my experience every time. Really recommend trying out their food. You won’t regret it!
