We planned our son's birthday. Not pleasant experience at all. Seems management is changed now and the lady staff member is too rude. Not served food or plates on table, they just put stack of plates, spoon on one corner of table. It was steaming hot inside though non of AC was on. We requested to play happy birthday music but non of our request accepted. Food quality wasn't same as we tried an year ago. It does taste like packer ready meal heated and served. Simply, stay away from this restaurant. If you are planning your function then I would suggest try another place in London.
I want to eat with my disabled woman and make them familiar with the bill for our food, I paid the money to not check the actual bill. to house reviewed my wife the bill and only to find out that the restaurant had charged for food we had not even ordered. rang the restaurant and apart from arguments of the staff I have nothing back
I was already often used here to be 5 stars, but we found quality of the food server has deteriorated and spoons in shells that are replaced by plastic spoons are so out of place. everything else stays well inclusive friendly service.
