(The San Jose store was actually like the photos and I miss it so much) I went to this JC store once, full of hope, because I love this type of snack. We read reviews about this place and thought we should give it a try. It was tucked in the corner of the shopping center so it'll hard to find. It was and bright inside. The colors reminded me of the yogurt spot handles or cups or however. The even played music. Oriental music but cool to hear something different. The place has cool looking and fun tasting food. I wouldn't call it I ice cream or yogurt but it's cold and it tastes good lol. The employees were friendly too.
I’ve ordered the hot grass jelly soup before and always enjoyed it, but this time it was extremely watery with no grass jelly flavor at all. When I brought it up, the staff claimed it’s because it’s served hot—but it’s just warm and that’s never been an issue in my previous orders. This was the first time it tasted like plain water, and I’m really disappointed. I felt the explanation was dishonest and dismissive.

Went twice. Both horrible experiences. Way too much condensed milk, shaved ice was clumpy, mochi is not mochi. Save your money and don’t spend $15 on bad ice.
