Horrendous! We received our order nearly 1 hour late and got it wrong. They didn 't contact us to tell us that it was here and they also left some of our order out of it , for the price we paid we got near to no food and everything was soggy and greasy. 2x lots of jumbo sausage and chips came to £7 and we received about 10 chips each- also when we rang back we were called 'thick ' for asking for a refund on a £30 order.
When I first moved to bath I’d order megabite all the time but recently I’ve had a few bad orders but tonight was the last straw. Took an hour to come, all the chicken was pink through, I won’t order from here again I feel sick already from eating from here. I don’t know what’s happened to this place but I’d expect a refund for what I’ve received tonight.
We ordered on line and when it arrived the order was wrong. We phoned up The restaurant to query the order, due to the difference in the language barrier the conversation got heated, the gentleman in question kept talking over me and generally quiet obnoxious, we generally don’t have any issues with them but when you do it’s sloped shouldered.
as a visitor in bath on a hen do, we have eaten some food after a dance. I was attracted to the star food hygiene assessment, and could see that the evaluation was deserved. the owner was helpful and had a great sense of humor....The kebabs were exactly what we needed to finish the night. will be going back. The food is disgusting as well as the staff over the phone. curry sauce is solid, pizza undercooked, hardly any chips on the box. The state of it is embarrassing. When calling the so called restaurant to complain the man called me thick. appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
I keep forgetting that this take away has a TERRIBLE reputation..... that's the second time now I've ordered from them via Just Eat.... and the order has been refused. Just don't bother.. go elsewhere.
Promised kids a takeout,paid online,Waited over two hours,nothing arrived,kids feel asleep hungry,money gone no food, I don’t recommend this place
